Rockett RV Ranch Guidelines

GENERAL GUIDELINES

We have established these general guidelines for Rockett RV Ranch. More specific rules and regulations will be available at the time of reservation. Those who choose not to observe the guidelines can be asked to leave without any form of refund.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly stays are available.
  • Background checks are required for monthly stays only.
  • All RVs are subject to inspection and approval by Management. Any rig 10 years or older must be approved by management prior to arrival. Please send pictures to rockettrvranch@gmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition.
  • Pick up campers and pop-out campers are only allowed on a daily basis with approval; NOT allowed on a monthly basis.
  • Cargo (enclosed) and flatbed trailers may be approved by management on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items outside the unit are limited to patio & yard furniture, pellet, or gas grills.
  • Quiet times are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
  • No mail service. Guests may want to establish a P.O. Box at a local post office.
  • There is always a limit of 6 people per site, including visitors. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per site.
  • No parking on the grey rock.
  • Monthly stays will have all electric bills charged through automated billing with the card on file unless informed otherwise by the guest ahead of time.
  • Guests are responsible for their children. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent when in the clubhouse, laundry, or restrooms.
  • Monthly stays start on the 1st of the month. If staying a partial month, the daily or weekly rate will apply. No pro-rating.
  • If the police are called on you, you will be asked to leave permanently.
PETS
  • Maximum 2 pets. Approval for more than 2 pets is on a case-by-case basis. No breeding.
  • No aggressive dogs of any breed allowed on the property.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash and accompanied at all times outside of the RV.
  • No excessive barking allowed.
  • Pets may not be left outside, tied up, or chained at any time. Dog fences or pens are not allowed.
  • Rockett RV Ranch is not responsible for pets accompanying our guests.
  • Guests are responsible for their pet’s behavior and will be asked to leave if the pet is aggressive or unruly.
  • Guests that do not treat/care for their pets appropriately will be asked to leave.
SORRY FOLKS, BUT THESE THINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED
  • Window AC units and generators are not permitted.
  • Sleeping outside the RV is not permitted.
  • No tents, horse trailers, or boats.
  • All add-ons to the rig are not allowed. This includes carpets on grass, decks, steps, etc.
  • No structures of any kind.
  • Removal of hitches.
  • No fireworks or firearms  discharged on the property, including BB, Airsoft, and pellet guns.
  • No illegal firearms or drugs on the property.
  • No illegal drugs, alcohol, or glass containers allowed in common areas of Rockett RV Ranch.
DEPOSITS
  • 50% deposit required when the reservation is booked. Full amount due before arrival. We accept credit/debit cards or money orders. No checks.
  • Monthly reservations require an additional $125 Electricity Deposit. All electric bills will be charged through automated billing with the card on file unless informed otherwise by the guest ahead of time.
REFUNDS
  • No refunds over shortened stays.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in time.
  • Cancellations made within the 30-day time span before check-in may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
  • All cancellations need to be sent through email.
